I’m Nicholas Gray, Founder of NMG Recruitment. I started the agency in 2023 when I was only 23. Why? Well, I'm a people's person, that's one thing I'm certain of and I enjoy helping individuals. In all honesty, I stumbled into recruitment after graduating, after a recommendation by one of my close friends who told me it's definitely for you. Now fuelled by a passion for connecting top legal talent with ambitious law firms (and maybe a little too much coffee).
With a background in Music Technology (BSc), I bring a creative edge to recruitment, blending advanced problem solving skills with a strong ability to connect with people assists me in navigating the complexities of the legal sector.. My interests in the music industry, entrepreneurship, and social media marketing have sharpened my networking skills, allowing me to engage with professionals from all walks of life.
Hi, Christian Bellinfantie here. I'm a Recruitment Consultant at NMG Recruitment. I currently assist in helping connect top legal talent with the right opportunities. Born and raised in South East London, I’ve always been a motivated and diligent individual, qualities that serve me well in sourcing the best candidates on behalf of our clients.
With a Master’s degree in Investment Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Reading, I like to think I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, strategic insight, and people skills to the world of recruitment.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted Chelsea fan—Hazard or Drogba? Don’t ask me to choose. I also once swapped my recruiter headset for football boots, representing England at the Gothia Youth World Cup in Gothenburg. These days, I get my kicks from helping candidates find their dream roles (though I still believe I’ve got a few goals left in me, yes, I'm still playing Sunday League Football).
When I’m not in meetings or scouting top talent, you’ll probably find me planning my next trip to somewhere hot. Some say I talk too much, but in recruitment, that’s a superpower, right?
Jason is a Recruitment Consultant at NMG Recruitment, combining his sharp sales expertise with a knack for connecting the best talent to the right opportunities. Orrane Evelyn will be acting as a trainee recruitment consultant at NMG Recruitment with the focus of assisting the agency with its specialist services to companies in the legal sector. Born & raised in South London, Orrane has gained experience in many sectors which encompasses his expertise in being adaptive to different scenarios, and actively listening to customers’ concerns whilst paying close attention to detail. This will inevitably assist Orrane in sourcing quality candidates for our clients.
Orrane has past experience operating in different sectors such as hospitality, retail and office-based roles which will allow him to have a wider understanding of what specific requirements our clients will require regarding their ideal candidate.
It is a secret to many, but Orrane is closely related to several celebrities such as Jason Gardener MBE, a gold medallist athlete, and Kevin Swaby, a lead vocalist for the band ‘The Heavy’.
