My experience with Nick from NMG Recruitment, start to finish was really smooth and incredibly helpful. Nick provided really good advice from the first contact and provided helpful tips for the interview which set me up for a brilliant offer from the company. Once an offer was made, Nick also listened to all my concerns and helped negotiate a better deal in terms of benefits from the company and a more suitable start date. NMG Recruitment initially reached out to me to discuss a costs opportunity. My confidence had taken a real hit after my training was cut short after the company I worked for went into administration, so I was a little nervous at the prospect of going back into costs work after a significant break but Nick was amazing. He just made the whole process easy from start to finish. He kept in contact throughout and was happy to discuss any concerns or questions that I had about the employer, the process and the interview. It was just an all round great experience. Nick was really easy to talk to, I felt I could just be honest, he was always easily contactable, and just put me at ease from the get go.
