Role overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX professional to join our established conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate eager to advance their career with a forward-thinking, growing firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex and rewarding conveyancing work with private and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Client advisory: Provide thorough, accurate, and current legal advice on residential and commercial property matters, including:
  o Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  o Managing landlord and tenant transactions, including granting and taking leases
  o Acting for both lenders and borrowers, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service to both new and existing clients.
• Case Management: Independently manage your caseload from client onboarding to case completion, ensuring all transactions meet regulatory and firm standards.
• Administrative Compliance: Perform essential administrative tasks, maintain detailed client records, and promptly address all client inquiries.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other legal teams within the firm to provide comprehensive support across varied cases and expand your expertise.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX with at least 3 years of experience managing a conveyancing caseload.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of conveyancing, particularly within residential property law.
• Strong client management skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication.
